Digital accessibility at Mubea U-Mobility
We firmly believe that the internet should be accessible and usable for everyone. That is why we are committed to making our digital touchpoints as accessible as possible - regardless of individual requirements and abilities.
For this reason, Mubea U-Mobility is working intensively to achieve the highest possible level of compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the requirements of the European standard EN 301 549 based on them.
These guidelines describe how digital content must be designed so that it is accessible to the widest possible user group - including people with visual impairments, motor impairments, cognitive or neurological impairments and sensory impairments.
By complying with WCAG, we want to ensure that our website can be used by as many people as possible - in accordance with applicable legal requirements and in the spirit of an inclusive digital space.
Feedback
Despite our continuous efforts to make the website accessible to all, it may happen that individual pages or content are not yet fully accessible, are currently being revised or for which there is not yet a suitable technical solution.
We are constantly working to improve accessibility - by adding, updating and optimizing functions and by developing and introducing new technologies.
Our aim is to achieve maximum accessibility in line with technical progress.
If you would like to contact the operators of the website, please use the following e-mail address: <strong>umobility@mubea.com
We provide a reporting procedure through which users can report barriers and request accessible alternatives. This is required by law and ensures transparency, traceability and a prompt response.
Note
We are currently working on fully adapting our website to the WCAG criteria. The official declaration of conformity for accessibility will be published shortly - as soon as the technical analysis has been completed and any problems have been resolved.
